Welcome to my creative website. My name is Chuck Riley and I am a painter and photographer. I was a painting major at Southern Illinois University. While I didn't get a degree, I had more than enough hours and all the courses needed to receive a BFA degree missing a few requirements like speech and music. I have been painting and doing fine art photography for over 45 years.
